The bird is painted using thick acrylic & gesso gloss medium for texture, using multiple shades of red, brown, yellow, gold, and highlights.
Bird coated with satin varnish for longevity, protection, and natural pigment enhancement.
Matte painted background is blended with “morning mist”, a gray lavender, blush pink & pale blue, which really makes the flowers and bird pop! High-quality supplies were used throughout!
